Actor Jonathan Winters Dies

Actor Jonathan Winters, known for playing Robin Williams and Pam Dawber's middle-aging backwards son Mearth on TV's "Mork and Mindy" has died.  TMZ.com says Winters passed away Thursday night in Montecito, California of natural causes, surrounded by family and friends.  He was 87. 

A frequent guest on Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show," Winters appeared on the late night circuit for many years and recorded several comedy albums.  His screen credits include almost 50 films and TV shows - "It'a A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World," the 1994 "Flinstones" movie and "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle" among them.
